It is not always enough to have in place various people centric government schemes and programmes for the benefit of common citizens. The long stringent procedures and lack of adequate information create unfavourable condition for the people to access the schemes. To enable people access adequate information, HWA has taken a new initiative establishing village level Information Centers where people can visit, receive information and take assistance to access the schemes and programmes meant for them.
